Frequently Asked Questions
What do the 5 cron fields mean?
Minute (0-59), hour (0-23), day of month (1-31), month (1-12), day of week (0-6, Sunday=0). An asterisk means "every". So "30 9 * * 1" runs at 09:30 every Monday.
Does this support seconds (6-field cron)?
No - this generates the standard 5-field Linux crontab format. Some schedulers (like Quartz) use 6-7 fields with seconds; those need a different format.
